It’s really quite a lovely healing practice, and Janice is turning up the heat and focusing on hips and twists in the Flow portion of the practice, helping you to work out some of the cold weather, holiday stress (and edible treats) that tends to sneak up on even the most mindful of us! The room will remain warm and cozy for the Restore portion, encouraging you to soften and allow the props to support you.
